Tyler Aston’s launch into sci-fi is a huge success in my mind! No lack of humor & wit. He reminds me of someone, else I’ve read, in fact. After contacting some sources for information, it seems this author’s name may just be a moniker, although I’ll not give anything away. Spies don’t out other spies…
Anyway, the book is a saga of a 300 year old battle hardened warden abducting a teen boy from earth, to become his apprentice. There is a lot of intrigue, plenty of crazy (really crazy) battles, and even some unlikely romance (not too much.)
I don’t want to give away any spoilers, so I’ll just say it has everything great space opera should. Please don’t miss this one, it keeps you in suspense while pulling at your heartstrings and tickling your funny bone.
